Are there any no-carb diets that are not Atkins?
I've been dieting for about a year now, and while I have been successful in losing a decent amount of weight, I have now hit a plateau. I am somewhat of a crab addict, I have cut way down on bread and when I do eat it its usually only whole wheat, but I still eat rice and pasta often. I am trying to find a low/no carb diet that doesn't involve eating a ton of meat. I don't eat meat (although once in a while I eat fish) so the Atkins diet really isn't an option for me. I also hate eggs, and I've been trying to limit myself when it comes to dairy (I love cheese way too much). What kinds of food can I eat that are no carbs but sufficient in protein and fiber?
