Crossed line/Getting a wrong number without misdialing?

I've never heard of a phone line being messed up in the way you describe. However, if you did not do anything wrong and your girlfriend still doesn't believe you, you have serious problems in your relationship and so having her get mad and leaving you may be a blessing.
