Please ergent help need with dinner?

I'm having two couples over to the house tonight. Was going to make summer sqush with lemon pepper chicken and rolls but have no good summer squash in the stores. Please help me figure out what to do. I already have chicken thawed and no good recipe for the lemon pepper chicken. The rolls are already made so they are a go.
