Is there a parent who has experience a teenager with anxieties about school?

My teenage daughter is getting tummy pains and nausea. She has had over 2 weeks off school and did have a cold during that time but has now told me that she gets these symptoms. She seems to think they are physical. We have been to the doctor, who has done blood tests and her normal test were OK but has sent her for a test for Coeliacs and a CT scan. Still doesn't want to go to school but says it's because she still has tummy pains. I suffer from OCD with anxiety and know it can be hereditary. What do I do? Am worried? Do I take her 2 school counsellor?
