How to not be so bloated during that time of the month?

Okay, so during my period I always get bloated but I usually just ignore and wait for it to go away. But we are currently on vacation in disneyland and..... none of my shorts or jeans are fitting :"( I have one pair of sweats but its hot. Did I mention the fact my gma loves to poke my stomach and say I have a watermelon in there, I'm not that bloated >:( I need help! How do you recuce the bloating?? Answers are appreciated. :)

What will make my girl go poo?

My girl is about 5 months pregnant with our first and she says she is having nothing but bunny poo every couple of days and she is always complaining about her stomach being hard and achy and I don't know what to do to help her or what advice to give her. Anybody have any suggestions. She went to the store and got some Activia yogurt, some raisin bran, and some prunes, adn she has been drinking warm drinks tonight.
