Creepy cousin or loving cousin?

If you feel like someone is invading your personal space you need to tell them to stop doing whatever they're doing that makes you uncomfortable. Maybe he thinks that you're just a little kid because you're younger than him and that he is trying to appeal to you by acting "younger" but since this is not at all the case and it just creeps you out - tell him not to do it. It's even worse that he's your cousin. Family shouldn't flirt with each other either. That's wrong.
