I need to loose 20+ lbs PLEASE HELP!?
hi i'm a 5'5 almost 5'6 teen girl i weight exactly 150. my goal by summer time is to loose about 20 lbs and or be toned in my stomach and thighs. Every day i criticize myself about my body i honestly would feel so much more better and confident in myself if i was skinner. if you can list things for me to eat that would be helpful. I never ever drink soda because of all the sugar upsets my stomach. i usually eat a bowl of cereal in the morning or a pop tart with a gl of milk. i don't really eat at lunch because the food is nasty and i'm not hungry. when i get home at 3 i get hungry so i kind of binge on snacks. i'm not a fruit eater at all but recently i tried some fruit but didn't like them. i don't really eat vegetables either. i'm not a runner either so don't say run a mile everyday please. if it helps i have the games dance dance revolution and just dance 2 & ea sports fitness. thanks so so much!
