Has anyone bougth something from Hong Kong ...through e-bay?

Hi....I really want to buy something from Hong Kong, and it says "free delivery to Canada"...hmmmm how is that even possible? I'm very new on e-bay and I saw this piece of jewelry that I really like and I want to buy it, and well I thought I might be lucky because it says free shipping, but....is my courrier company in Canada (Canada post) charge me anything when they deliver it to my home> how does this things works? I'm very confused? Has anyone experienced something like this before? Thank You.
