How do I get rid of my acne?

The number 1 thing I have Googled. Ive done everything. I just don't get it anymore... I'm paying $800 for 1 month supply of pills, and $60 on face wash... Do I have to pour sulfuric acid on my face? No matter what I do, what I eat, what I drink, what I wash my face with, the little f*uckers are still on my face... I've been stuck with this since the 3rd grade and it's only gotten worse since then. I feel incredibly embarred being in public, and I feel EXTREMELY bad for my family (Paying for it). I'm going to give the internet one more shot before I give up my hope. What do you think I should do. By the way, Ive tried just about every over-the-counter product, Ive taken pills, Ive been to the dermatologist, and LOADS of home remedies.
