Any other long lasting dog treats other than rawhide?

I just learned that rawhide is dangerous to give to dogs/puppies because it can be ingested and get caught up in their GI systems. Also has chemicals that are bad for dogs. However, my 4 month old LOVES her rawhides and pig twists and has nothing to do with her nylabone or Kong (unless the Kong is filled with treats) - this only lasts for a short time. As my puppy is constantly teething, is there any long lasting bones that are good for her and not a health danger. Also, what about those dried chicken strips that I see in the pet aisle?
