Can this be a cold/ bronchitis or cystic fibrosis?

I have been having this 5 to 10 min thing like I can't take a deep breath and I will get sort of a mucusy cough and cough up a little bit of thick sticky mucus. I will also feel short of breath and chest tightness and sort of a wheeze when I breathe in and out. It only last for about 10 minutes or longer sometimes. What can this be? I don't have any other symptoms of a cold and I don't feel sick besides me feeling dizzy often. Some times my skin will taste salty and i have been getting this mucusy cough only about 10 mins. I don't have asthma or cf. What can this be?
