Did you believe in Santa Claus when you were a child?

Until I was about five - then I experienced the ghastly trauma of discovering Santa, the Tooth Fairy, Jesus and the Easter Bunny are all lies. That was my first lesson in how people you think you can trust will screw with you unmercifully for their own selfish purposes.
