Im 41 weeks pregnant...and had a membraine sweep on wednesday...and had my bloody show the next day....?

i have starterd getting mild period like cramps no more than 20 mins apart since yesterday evening... and im not sure wether this is the start of my labour... any ideas to get labour underway? sadie x
