Jerky graphics and FPS spikes and drops in WOW Help?? :)?

Well, since it started happening when the patch came out, that should give you the troubles, the only thing I could think of was too much dust in your PC which made your graphic card too hot etc. But since you cleaned it, that's probably not it. Perhaps p a PM to Blizzard Tech Support ;)
