Am i being a bunny boiler ?

The man i have been seeing sent me a text when he finished work last night saying "hey what you up to tommorrow"that was about 3 in the morning.I was asleep so i text back when i got up this morning and said"hey im just going to visit some family,what you up to today?"that was hours ago and he hasnt text back yet.My friend says dont worry because he obviously was thinking about you because he text you.Should i be worried?
