Second time mums.. Lactating question?

I'm 27 weeks with my second and I'm noticing I'm leaking a lot earlier, and I noticed I was a lot more sensitive earlier so that doesn't surprise me at all. Also... my sons almost 2 and lately he's fascinated by my too! I don't understand it, he's been weaned since he was 1 so I don't get it at all. Maybe they just notice subtle differences.
