If the chromosome number of a frog cell is 26 before mitosis how many chromo be in each nucleus after nuc. div

I think that would have to be 13, since after cell division, each nucleii gets the same number of chromosomes. Unless it's that mutant x-men frog that was on MSNBC 2 days ago, that has an extra chromosome.
