Which Method is Good? Active@ KillDisk?

Faster and more secure don't really go hand in hand. For most one-p zeros or random are secure enough and run in a decent time. Some people like to write zero's for a few pes. The more advanced methods are harder to recover data with but take longer. You'll (most likely) be fine with random's/zeroes.
