How to not be so bloated during that time of the month?

Okay, so during my period I always get bloated but I usually just ignore and wait for it to go away. But we are currently on vacation in disneyland and..... none of my shorts or jeans are fitting :"( I have one pair of sweats but its hot. Marriage falling apart .?

My wife left me for the second time . The first time we were together for 6 months not being married and relationship i thought was great . But she started acting different with me and then the day came when she sat me down and said its not working she needs her space she fells like we have fallen into routine so i kinda expected something which i was right she left me for a coworker man that destroyed me and i didn't know what to do . So i just found a place and moved . After everything happened she wanted to talk to me so we went to starbucks and she told me everything that she wanted to end things because she did not want to cheat on me . So i was starting over again and she would call from time to time to come over and every time she came we had and things seem like she made a mistake so 2 to 3 weeks went bye and slowly she started staying with me more and more each until she moved in . I tried to put past that she slept with another man but i don't think i did . So everything seemed Fine we went to new york i asked her to marry me and for several weeks everything seemed ok until last week from one day to the next she started acting diffrent with me .Then yesterday she laid the bomb on me again but this one was atomic. She needed her space this time that there was no one involved and that she is not happy with her self and that she wants no more obligation she just wants to focus on school and she cant keep acting fake like everything is ok . I was in shock because i have giving her everything she wanted and i have supported her school and been there for her from her first divorce. I really dont know what to do and how to save this marriage .I love her to pieces and something inside of me won't let go .She is a wonderfull woman at times and yes she is controlling at times but everyone has flaws .I also know this is not healthy for me and i know i cant continue to live like this but i want to try one more time . What do i do how can i approach her in away that doesn't make me desperate or should i just give her her space and completely distance myself from her like i should of the first time and just focus on me . I'm on the other end of the spectrum. I wasn't quite as extreme as this girl seems. In fact, she sounds like she has a few screws loose. However, you don't need to take all this on your shoulders. Also, your family has no right putting that kind of pressure on you. We are all young and we all make mistakes. If you truly love her then give her time to grow whether you get back together or not. I had to take 3 steps back and realize my behavior was childish and unacceptable. If I was given another opportunity I would never waste it the way she did lol. It's not something that she can just turn off though. It's a constant struggle until one day you change and things come natural.

i agree with all answers that were given but one suggestion that i did and continue to do is get into the business of apartment management. I knew that being i was 18 had no credit history, no rental history that i would need a large deposit that i couldn't afford. So i applied for positions with companies and part of the questions i would ask is about employee discounts and costs for moving in. i was able to move into my own apartment with out paying and deposits and getting a 20% discount off the market rate for apartments. Why do women rant about men need to be "men" while they are doing less and less?

Is it just me or does anyone find that hypocritical? What I mean is that there are alot of women (including mine) who feel that a man should take the heavier load of the bills, if not all the bills, but still do chores around the house. It's funny how some women say times have changed but when it comes to a man paying for all or more times "have not" changed. Among african americans per say, it is a statistical fact that women do better or just as good as the men in the job market now and days. So they have the same if not better opportunities as African American men. Then most of them do not handle working and working around the house well at the same time. Alot of women now and days have to work because most desire to live high maintenance lifestyles. hi i'm a 5'5 almost 5'6 teen girl i weight exactly 150. my goal by summer time is to loose about 20 lbs and or be toned in my stomach and thighs. Every day i criticize myself about my body i honestly would feel so much more better and confident in myself if i was skinner. if you can list things for me to eat that would be helpful. I just learned that rawhide is dangerous to give to dogs/puppies because it can be ingested and get caught up in their GI systems. Also has chemicals that are bad for dogs. However, my 4 month old LOVES her rawhides and pig twists and has nothing to do with her nylabone or Kong (unless the Kong is filled with treats) - this only lasts for a short time. GOLDFISH ATTACKED PLEASE HELP!!!?

i have a black moor, red telescope, and 3 gold fantails which were swimming peacefully in my 60 gallon tank, along with a congo tetra, and a bala shark. I went to my local fish store today, and asked the person working there, which tropical fish they carried, were non-aggressive towards goldfish. I also advised the worker there, that my water levels in the 60 gallon tank are perfect (ammonia,Nitrites,nitrates,etc.), and the temp is always at 76 degrees w/ a 300 watt heater. I bought 2 oscar cichlids, and was advised by this worker, that they are peaceful, and will be okay with the goldfish, when considering friendliness/aggressiveness. These two OSCAR CICHLIDS ATTACKED all of my goldfish (shredded tails, nipped fins, etc). I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THESE INJURIES WILL HEAL, or if my fish will die due to the fact that they can not heal that particular type of injury? I have separated them into the 12 gallon Eclipse tank i have for now, and will move them into my neighbors pond in 24-48 hours, because she is kind enough to let me do so. Does my 6wk old have an acid reflux problem?

My 1st daughter had a major vomiting issue, and would spit up after every feeding, as well as projectile vomiting at least once a week for the first few months. (TMI ha ha) I was told my the doctor and nurses that it was because the flap that connects her esophagus to her stomach was not fully developed, and she grew out of it. She never seemed terribly bothered by it though, suggesting that maybe your baby does have some acid reflux. The best thing that I learned to do was to keep her in a semi-upright position right after feeding for about 10 minutes before even attempting to burp her. Also, I tried to give her gripe water after if she was upset, but sometimes this seemed to induce vomiting. One thing you could try is giving her Gas Drops before feeding, it may help to settle her stomach. She'll likely grow out of it within a couple of months though. Kudos to you for feeding too! Stick with it! Best for mommy and baby!

So I made a bet with his friend that if I lose it, I will have to ask out Kris. I wasn't nervous but until my other friend told me he liked me about 3 years ago. She said he still might say yes if I lose the bet but than when my other friend asked her ago, she said he "used too" So I was kind of confused about that. Should we buy our perfect house even though it's on a busy road?

We have found a house (My boyfriend and I) and it is more or less perfect. It’s in the countryside on top of a hill with a long back garden which backs on to fields (the view is stunning because it’s up on a hill) conservatory, 3 good sized beds (all with fireplaces in), good sized kitchen with window view over the fields, good size lounge, enough off road parking for 5 cars, the location is perfect for us, everything we would want in a house BUT it’s directly onto a busy main road. There is an average of a lorry a minute going past plus a steady flow of cars (even at 9o'clock at night) it gets even busier at weekends. The house itself has double glazing and the walls are 9inch's thick so I doubt you would here much inside the house and 2 of the bedrooms are at the back of the house so away from the traffic. It’s just getting out the driveway is a problem because you can see down the road until the front of your car is on the road plus the noise aspect if we are outside. Also we are planning on having children as well and I am a bit concerned about bringing children up next to a busy road plus it means they will be confined to the back garden because they wouldn’t be about to play on the road. The primary school for the village is next to the road which has a 30mph speed limit (though not everyone sticks to this!) We are just both really torn because we love the house but we don’t want to buy it and regret it because of the traffic. Also worth mentioning the house has been on the market a year and a half though the house next door sold within 5 months because it was completely modernised throughout. Any words of advise?

Getting ink off a pole?

I was at school and I was at recess and I had a pen. It got ink all over my hands because it broke and I was trying to think what to do and I put my hand on a fence pole (metal or steel I think) and it got all over it. I tried to wipe it off and it smeared everywhere and it looks terrible. It was red ink so it looks almost like blood. I am worried I will get in trouble. Yesturday I woke up fine... then in the afternoon I started feeling tired with a scratchy throat! then I thought to myself "sh*t! im going to wonderland in 3 days!" My atiel is broken :/?

Yeah, me and my girlfriend bought two atiels.. because they're store bought they're a lil jumpy and we're still in the process of taming them.. Today whilst keeping my hand in the cage I noticed mine, named Boba (Fett :D), didn't back away and fly off onto the other perch like Pingu did.. which obviously I thought was an imporvment, but when let out of the cage, Boba sorta half glided to the floor and just walked around all day. Obviously I'm suspecting that he's hurt his wing somehow, especially seeing as to get him back in the cage we had to pick him up to get him back...I also noticed that he seems to be holding his left wing a tiny bit lower. I don't know a lot about birds but this presumably could be quite serious? We can't just take him to the vet to be checked out due to the cost, but we can if it's really serious, what can I do?

He has serious problems with his self esteem for one thing and he is a drinker and he suffers from depression. He is very much into philosophy and spirituality he is also obsessed with DR HORROR whom is a famous philosopher. My Dad believes that he is "enlightened " and he's some kind of a Jesus and that he is gifted . He believes that he can go into these enlightened states and pull the people in the room into his state of mind. He thinks he can affect everyone else around him in his environment. He talks to only his close family members about his "abilities" he would not dare tell a shrink because they would think he's "CRAZY" guess what he is . He also thinks that there are many people in the world that know of him and that they are out in public and he believes that they are doing things to mess with him and show him he is not important. He CRAVES fame and thinks that he derives RECOGNITION and when he does not get it he gets very depressed ,mad and angry. He also believes that "one " by U2 is written about him and "Wide awake" I believe that he is delusional he is irrational and how do you talk to someone whom is irrational and delusional. He tries so hard to convince me he is GOD . I want to scream !!!!!!! I cannot tell him he is nuts because he will cry and get mad and nasty. He also blames everyone else for everything that ever has gone wrong in his life ,he always has to be the victim .We have put him in Psych wards tons of times and he wont admit to the therapists that he thinks he is gifted so they keep letting him out and I have told them what he thinks and he still lets him out. We've been together for 5 months and she recently moved, right now she is in camp so theres no cell phones, but we write eachother letters. Im 16, as is she. Obviously I would talk to my friends and stuff about how hard its gonna be and how i am not looking forward to it at ALL, but THEY ALL said "Dont worry the first few days will be tough but you'll get over it soon enough" Its been 2 weeks and every day i think about her, im still really sad and its still really hard and really stressful for me. I've been dieting for about a year now, and while I have been successful in losing a decent amount of weight, I have now hit a plateau. I am somewhat of a crab addict, I have cut way down on bread and when I do eat it its usually only whole wheat, but I still eat rice and pasta often. I am trying to find a low/no carb diet that doesn't involve eating a ton of meat. I don't eat meat (although once in a while I eat fish) so the Atkins diet really isn't an option for me. I also hate eggs, and I've been trying to limit myself when it comes to dairy (I love cheese way too much). What kinds of food can I eat that are no carbs but sufficient in protein and fiber?

When I tried to install my newest Explorer version through Yahoo, it was a real mess. My PC froze and crashed and I had to delete it. I downloaded directly through Microsoft. I installed it easily, but now something is very wrong. I own a Yahoo group and now cannot access it.
